- PRWD have given us a great insight into what we should focus on throughout the various levels of our business to meet our goals of improving customer satisfaction and lifetime value. They have helped to quantify some of the more controversial ideas that have been floating around the business, and this is now backed with data instead of opinion. I have to admit I was sceptical initially—there are a lot of bad eggs in similar industries, which are full of empty promises and fail to deliver. PRWD was the exact opposite of this and massively exceeded my expectations. The approach they took to the research and the communication throughout the entire project was flawless.
