- Working in Propelrr is a challenge. But honestly, who wants it easy? I entered the company with so-so knowledge on digital marketing. I only knew a few bits here and there, but never really saw a big picture of what marketing could look like— until I entered Propelrr. In this organization, I’ve constantly been challenged to be a better version of me, professionally and even personally. They've taught me so much about content and digital marketing that I can proudly say that I know my stuff. The management and BUH are always honing each team member, taking into account their skills, learning curves, and personalities. Each person can really grow in Propelrr, I'm a proud testament to that. Thank you to the management, business unit heads, and team leads have all contributed much to who I am and what I know today.
