Predicta digital Verified Company

I was looking for a job and saw a vacancy at Predicta Digital, I applied and had an interview. After that, I checked company reviews, and all were negative, but I still think I should give it a try. During the interview process, Predicta Digital initially agreed to a 20% increase in my current salary. However, when they presented the offer, it was actually lower than my current salary. Like everyone else, if a raise was not possible, I expected that my salary would at least remain the same. I discussed this with them and they assured me that they would have a discussion with management and provide an update after Friday. Even they don't have any HR, or any contact number to connect with them directly, It's just you can Skype them only and wait for 2 days to get a response from them. On Monday, they informed me that they couldn't increase the offer. Although I was disappointed, I accepted the lower offer because I needed a job. I also hoped that if I performed well, there might be a future raise. However, when I accepted, I received an email stating that the offer had expired. This was surprising because we were still in the discussion phase. Typically, the three-day consideration period starts after the discussions are completed. It's inconsistent and unprofessional to say the offer has expired even though the discussion was in process. I want to raise awareness about such fraudulent practices. I've seen similar negative reviews of this company in other places, and now that I've experienced it firsthand, I strongly advise anyone to think twice before applying here.
