This event takes place Saturday, February 6, 2010, at 1457 Flatbush Ave., Brooklyn, N.Y. 11210. The event starts at 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. The Fire Department Engine 255 Ladder 157 will have Fire Safety presentations, smoke detectors, smoke detector screenings, vouchers for carbon monoxide monitors, and kid safety demonstrations.
- We are grateful for this Marketing Agency, as we are a nonprofit organization and tax exempt. We met with the Director of Marketing, Jacob Lau at a social event and he said that his CEO loves working with nonprofits. We met at their office in lower Manhattan, and they presented many different ideas to generate donors and sponsors for our continuous longevity. We informed the company that we can't afford to pay them because our budget is to ensure our members has food clothing, and shelter. They didn't care, for a whole year, they hosted charity events, drafted press releases and published to the media, which attracted even more donors. We were able to open up four more locations in the tristate area and house more disadvantaged youths because of this exposure. The little surplus of money we had left over, the CEO wouldn't take it, she got joy in knowing that the underdogs will rise to the top. We gifted the CEO, Tatiana as the Grand Ambassador and hired her on our Board Members. Thank you PosterGirl Marketing, PR & Media.
