I came to Joanne as an Pastor and Author over 4 years ago now to design and build our new ecommerce website to make available our EBooks. We knew what we wanted and knew how we wanted the website to be presented on the Internet however, at the time we had little experience in business and no experience with websites. This was something Joanne picked up on very quickly and she not only designed our website but was patient and understanding of us throughout the process and she seemed to very much care about our idea on a personal level. Being complete novices, she not only helped us with the design of the website but also with many aspects of ecommerce from the beginning, all the way through to the launch, ensuring everything was the way we wanted it to be and in the end, our website far exceeded our expectations. 4 years later Joanne still continues to support us as a business, helping us upgrade the website, make changes and give professional and prompt advice and has remained as patient and understanding as ever of our young business and our inexperience. As with any new venture, there have been many times where we've came across challenges, some quite severe and each time Joanne has worked above and beyond to support, reassure us and deal with the problems efficiently. We would owe a massive portion to Joanne of how well our business has been built and this would be due to her outstanding level of personal service, know-how, care and understanding.
