- A terrible experience that is similar to another negative review posted. Polka Dot charges through the roof for a subpar service and doesn’t seem to listen to the client’s actual needs and goals. They didn’t seem to have any substantial contacts within media, nor ideas that could assist my business and provided little more than services I could have done myself. I stipulated when signing up I didn’t want to use ‘social media influencers’, as I don’t find them very influential and it is something I can easily do myself without having to pay thousands of dollars, yet that is all they offered me once I had signed up for their “services”. If looking for a PR company, I would avoid Polka dot at all costs!
