połączone is an integration studio from Poznań, Poland. We connect the global platforms Polish companies already use (Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Stripe) with the Polish systems they cannot work without: the national e-invoicing system KSeF, the GUS and KRS company registers, Subiekt, Comarch ERP Optima, Fakturownia, InPost, BaseLinker and Allegro.

Global platforms are great at selling, but they know nothing about Polish law and Polish accounting software. The result is manual work: someone retypes orders into Subiekt, copies company data from the GUS search page, exports invoices to CSV and uploads them to KSeF. We replace that with integrations that run on their own.

Typical projects:

• invoices from Shopify, WooCommerce or Stripe sent to KSeF automatically, with credit notes for refunds and the KSeF number saved back on the order;

• company data in HubSpot or Pipedrive filled in from GUS, KRS and the VAT white list after entering a tax ID (NIP), including clean-up of an existing database;

• orders from an online store turned into documents in Subiekt or Comarch ERP Optima, with stock levels synced back to the store;

• invoices in Fakturownia created from won deals in HubSpot or Pipedrive, with payment status visible in the CRM;

• migrations from Bitrix24 to HubSpot with history, files and pipelines.

How we work: a 30-minute call about your process, a fixed price and timeline agreed upfront, a test environment before go-live, and 30 days of fixes included after launch. Rostyslav Havryliuk is responsible for every project from the first call to production, and you talk to an engineer, not a salesperson.

We also work white-label for agencies: your client sees your brand, we deliver the integration part under NDA and invoice your agency.
