pmax is a performance marketing agency based in Calvià, Mallorca, founded in 2023. We run paid media, organic search and AI search visibility programmes for brands across Europe — billing a flat monthly retainer rather than a percentage of media spend, because we want the same outcome our clients want: measurable, defensible growth.

The agency was founded by Philipp Enders, who spent more than 20 years working client-side and agency-side in digital marketing before building pmax. That background shapes how we operate: lean on process, heavy on substance, and sceptical of agency theatre that generates decks without generating results.
