- We just wasted months of payment since no one can't access our website, email, and cpanel (it happens regularly prior to that). They didn't even bother to help and is not that responsive to email. We also just found out for the second year already that our domain is already expired. No one even bothered to inform us about it. And not to mention that they have a slow loading time.
- It's been 1 month, we still haven't resolved issues. All our spam emails come in. They are not well. We just kept repeating.
- They claim they are good in customer support but does not answer any calls when we needed help on their services that fails to perform the most important part of the company our webmails.
