    Sadly pest routes has simply not improved. The over promise with the sales team. When you call over issues the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. They love to use the phrase have to pass that on to the programmers. Many many issues have occurred that caused significant issues with my clients. I believe they could improve but they must fix their customer service, their development sucks.

    Good software as a whole. There is a lot of lacking 1) Training, after they teach you where to put the easy stuff like Name, address, phone. You'll be left with strategies on how to document an account to use it in the future like a potential customer wanting to switch to you. There is no additional advanced training. You have to call and talk to the new guy or girl, then she ask her manager, that then ask the other manager and then what you asked in the first place isn't being answered because they have never owned a pest control company. 2) They have ability to send out schedules via phone and leave a voicemail. But it cuts off 1/2 your message. So if you want it done properly they charge you to be able to leave a full message. (Why even offer a way that doesn't work) 3) When a customer texts you or alerts you. There is no notification. You have to go physically log in and look for alerts all day long. 4) I've called several times to get help and was told the software can't do that. Then I figure it out but they say it can't be done. Just lazy. Its probably better than other software but they nickel and dime you for everything.

    Pestroutes is easily the best CRM in the industry. Very user friendly. Provides just about everything you could possibly need to successfully run a pest company. Don’t waste your time or money with anyone else.

    There were some major software updates that caused some issues this week. HOWEVER, the pestroutes team is ALWAYS so quick to jump on any issues. They are great to communicate with. I was so impressed during the whole process with their understanding and ability to get us back on our feet again. The instructions that they sent to troubleshoot were perfect for everyone. I am so glad Fox Pest Control is using PestRoutes now. It's been such a good experience.

    What is amazing is your company is great at using the words “I apologize”.. In 30 years, Pest Routes is the worst service company that I have ever worked with in the pest control industry. With the list of emails I have saved, commitments, promises and follow-ups you still fail at fulfilling customer service. Your sales department over sold and under delivered. Typical of a company that has proven not to deal with the customer but wants to hide behind a service contract that I could not start to use. I did not even complete one training session because all the things promised by Logan (your lead sales rep) the system can’t do or there are separate charges when your whole sales pitch is everything you need for one low price. Total lie and let down. Contract states 6 month cancellation fee. Pest Routes did not fulfill what was promised and has already charge me for 2 months for NO Service. If your company feels this is the right way to fix my problems. Then go ahead and charge the $796 now. I want a letter confirming my account is canceled and no other monies are owed. Let your management know I will make sure to let everyone I know how your company has treated my company and will consistently share my negative experience with every pest control company owner I know and come into contact with. *** In regards to your response you took the $796 and did nothing to earn it so you will never get my business back. I find your response insulting and will continue to let everyone know that PestRoutes is not about customer service.
