- If thier drivers are a representation of thier floral service, expect rude, inconsiderate, dangerous, and careless.

- Do not buy from pennock wholesaler. I had several bad experiences with Pennock on several occasions. They always send flowers that you did not order even though you gave them A month notice. I have received several dead flowers that had to be returned and when you return flowers it seems like you never get your credit. And the lady that's in the accounting office is the nastiest meanest person I've ever worked with in my entire life. I was told by one of their drivers that pennock lost several florist as clients in one month including me. I will never, ever, ever use this floral wholesaler ever again. Buyers beware! I left once before several years ago and tried to give them another chance and came back again and I still got burned never again. If I can give no star I would
