Pavels Web Solutions is a small development studio from Romania, started in 2021 by Codrin and Cristina Pavel. Most of our clients are businesses in Western Europe and North America, plus agencies that bring us in as their development team.

How a project runs
You talk to the people who write the code. There are no account managers passing messages back and forth, so technical questions get answered on the same call. We start by agreeing on what the site or app has to achieve, who will use it and what the constraints are (budget, deadline, existing systems). The stack is chosen to fit that, not the other way around: a five-page company site does not need a headless build, and a high-traffic store usually outgrows a theme.
Every project gets a written offer with scope, timeline and price after a first call. Once the final instalment is paid, the code belongs to the client. After launch we stay on for maintenance, speed work and new features.
