Excellent product based company - It's not a IT firm hell for freshers, they will sign bond and keep originals documents, if you break bond they will not give documents. Unethical and bad practices , owner vivek ghai a dictator instead director
- Improvement in your knowledge - 6/10 (due to the hell of a pressure which they will put you in.) HR management -2/10 Higher management - 3/10 Carrier growth - 3/10 Leaves and facilities - 2/10 Seniors - 3/10 This company only can give you temporary job. Not good for long lasting career opportunities. If you reach late to office by 5 to 10 minutes HR will consider it as a half day and you can do nothing about it. (Personal experience. Happened with lot of my colleagues too.) Even they did cut the money from the salary for the tea which they were providing once in a day. Can not trust the oral communication of the HR department. ( Lack of positivity ) But yes learned lot of things from there as a fresher, because of very few people like Tech lead of that time and Few colleagues.
- Not good one If will got selected for these company don't leave your current company because after few days HR will tell you "we will not able to give **** these much of salary" even they will provide offer letter after 1 month if you ask about reason then HR will ignore your question OR they will provide reason they where busy They will not provide same salary as they discussed in Salary discussion round they will provide offer letter after one Month within that one month they will put different condition depend upon there wish
