- My husband was referred to pacific and although what my husband needed done was a miracle in its self Riley and Leeanne rose to the accession and helped by placing a digital billboard in hopes my husband's brother who has lived on the streets in Portland for well over 15yrs or more would see it or someone else would. Well we found him and he's coming home and we couldn't have done it without pacific outdoor. Thank you from the bottom of our 💕 ♥️
