Finding a Web designer is easy, but finding a web company who is passionate about partnering and delivering your vision is extremely difficult. Luckily for us we found Ozum! - I paid Mike at Ozum £6400 for a e-commerce website which was build and it was never connected to PayPal as I requested the website was built using E-Commerce open source software which is free on the internet, after inputting my products into the website it would operate very very slowly the outcome was a website not fit for purpose and I never sold one product online.
