- Wow. I am so happy to have worked with Outer Banks Media. I accidentally called them, trying to get in touch with another local business, and I am so happy for that accidental call. We worked with Brooke specifically for our project of rebuilding and redesigning our large website, and the whole process was enjoyable. She was very laid back but very professional, getting in contact with her was never a problem and always quick. She understood all I needed to convey and asked the right questions. Though it seemed I had endless edits and changes, Brooke always was happy to hear them and address them. Since our website has gone live, we've already contacted Brooke and OBXM again to help fix a big issue with another website of ours. It feels great to know and trust someone to help you with these technological issues that can sometimes feel overwhelming and extremely defeating.
