- DO NOT USE THEM... We regret ever coming into contact with this web "design" company, and frankly suspicious of how they attained their stellar 5* rating. We have never dealt with someone as unprofessional, incompetent, and as rude as Paul -- he constantly over promises on delivery and never adheres to deadlines, consistently missing them by weeks (we started working with them in August, it is now December and they are still "doing" the homepage). He does not have any resources, and their "designer" Evan has no eye for the style/layout and cannot even size a logo properly. We lost count how many times we had to correct their repetitive mistakes as they are unable to follow simple guidelines of what the client has laid out, which is a complete waste of time. After repeated attempts to finish the website we eventually gave up as it was just hopeless. We truly feel bad for the people that get pulled into the process with them only to have their time and money wasted. I hope they take a hard look in the mirror and reflect on what service they are offering.
