Best platform for gaining knowledge n face challenges in their projects. Good n friendly environment. - It was good experience but for fresher the test was so tough, although company is providing training still they demand lumsum knowledge. This thing I found ridiculous.
- Ojas is a kind of company which will give you full of confident to work anywhere in the world. I have worked for more than 2 and half years in the company, joined as fresher only. Got many good opportunities like working with such a good clients and went for onsite too. I found myself in very good position now. And also paying good for freshers as well now. On time salary payment. I learnt many things even some advanced technologies as well. One thing I can tell for sure without any doubt. Once you come out of the Ojas after (If you would like to apply for another companies after your fresher period is completed) then you will find yourself in very good position like that Ojas will train and make you to work). All one thing you should have is lot of patience. If you have it, then you are good to go and it will only teach you many things. Once again Thank you for the opportunity. All the best Ojas.
