- As a New Yorker, and one whose knowledge of CSS and HTML is limited, I wanted to work with a local person—someone I could meet with and work on screen with on occasion, someone I could call in a panic if I needed to. NYChelpdesk has been just that. Jared Shih replies to an email generally within an hour, and sends me detailed instructions about anything I can do—or he fixes more complex glitches himself. He is conscientious about working in a timely way. In addition, he provides SEO services, and made some great design recommendations for my site—in fact, he provided his own photographs for some pages. At a time when customer service has hit an all-time low, working with someone this caring and capable is a pleasure and a great relief.
