- My experience with NRS has been horrible. I took my laptop to change its screen. 1. Waste of my time: everytime they order a screen for me, they ask me to go asap, I wait for long, then they "figure out" the screen is not the right one. 2. Waste of money and lack of trust in payment procedures: bills are not detailed, nothing guarantees your right, you won't receive any email of the laptop diagnoses, it feels like working with non professionals, they ddnt even have a bigger screen to testy laptop I don't even know what did they diagnose and how! 3. Lack of professional communication: everytime I ask for my deposit the answer is: no body is at the office. Please save your time, money and mental health and avoid AVOID NRS. Unethical. Unprofessional.
