Novantin Verified Company

Novantin is an AI and automation consultancy based in Murcia, Spain. We work almost exclusively with small and medium businesses: the kind of company that has between five and fifty people, a handful of tools that do not talk to each other, and a team spending hours every week on work a machine could do.

Our starting point is never the technology, it is the process. We map how work actually flows through the business (where the emails land, who rekeys the data, which requests get lost) and then we automate the parts that repeat. In practice that means conversational agents answering customers on the website and on WhatsApp outside office hours, voice agents that pick up calls and book appointments, systems that read invoices and delivery notes and push them into the accounting software, lead qualification flows that score the contacts arriving from the website and alert the salesperson when one is worth a call, and dashboards that pull the numbers from every tool into a single screen.

We also design and build websites. Many of our projects start there, because a business that automates its follow-up but has nothing to follow up on is solving the wrong problem first. We build on WordPress and on modern JavaScript stacks, with a strong bias towards fast, accessible pages and towards being found by both search engines and AI assistants.

The way we work is fixed and it starts free. A thirty minute diagnosis, where we go through the real processes of the company and leave a prioritised list: what to automate, how many hours it would save and where to start. Then a pilot with metrics agreed in advance. We only scale if those metrics are met. Everything we build belongs to the client, documented, with no lock-in to us.

We also say no. If a process does not have enough volume, or changes every time it runs, automating it costs more than it saves, and we will say so before anyone spends a euro.
