Novadiem is a boutique studio for web application development, design, and AI integration, based in Nelson, BC. We build production software for clients who need it working in the real world, not slideware.
Our focus is AI integration: model-agnostic LLM layers that route to Claude, GPT, Gemini, or local models per task, agentic tooling, and workflow automation, wired into full-stack web applications. We also build SaaS products, custom internal tools, and data pipelines end to end, across Rails, Astro, Vue, and the modern stack.

Work moves through a structured process with independent review, so what ships is considered, not improvised.
