After choosing North Studio to assist with a website bug, we highly recommend their services to anyone experiencing a Drupal issue. In addition to excellent service and rapid responses across the board, they make the whole process easy, thanks in large part to a project management approach that helps ensure general communication and follow-ups are seamless. - I worked very briefly for North Studios before deciding it wasn’t a good fit for me. I felt that management where micromanaging and that isn’t my style. I sent an invoice for the hours I worked and since then they have ghosted me. This was in May 2020. I’ve tried to contact their accounting department, the CTO, and the CEO to no avail. If you are okay with doing business for a company that doesn’t pay their workers, this would be a good fit for you.
- I have worked with North Studio now on two websites and on both they have done a fantastic job and delivered impressive websites. I find North Studio to be well versed in the process, they have a good flow, things are constantly progressing and you can track that, they are highly organized, and they meet the deadline they set. Candace is amazing- always willing to jump in and get something done, get answers or get things done- she felt like a true partner that cared about the success just as much as I did. The design (Kristin) was awesome. We just did a ton of research for new branding and she really brought it to life and now her design is carrying through to over aspects of our marketing. The tech side and making the sure everything functioned the way we anticipated was spot on (Shallon, Deb). Jeff coded it and made it spectacular. I'm sorry because I am probably missing others but everyone that worked on my website(s) has really delivered quality products and given the opportunity to build another website, I will go back to North Studio. Easy decision!
- North Studio and the team are phenomenal! They've helped us out with a number of digital projects, and I couldn't recommend them enough. We will certainly use them again when we are in need of web and marketing leverage to boost our online sales and really engage our online users.
- On Feb 6, 2020 - As soon as I said I was having trouble with their their contact form on this review, a fellow phoned me right away to tell me they would find and fix the problem. I said I only needed my Paypal shopping cart to work again on my Drupal e-commerce site but the guy also offered to look at other things that might need updating, since I do have an outdated Drupal website, and they will send me a list at no extra charge so I could pay each thing at my own convenience which is a great option for a small business owner in this economy. I was amazed and happy and he was so friendly....... So in all honestly, If I were to critique for improvement - I personally would prefer phone calls to emails from the fellow I was assigned to. Emails felt very impersonal but I'm old school that way. It only took 20 days which wasn't bad but the delay was because of email communication, in my opinion. They gave me such a great deal thus they do help the little guy small business so hopefully I can eventually get my list when I work with them in the future. Celts and Vikings Mythology Shop Owner.
