Luckily, when I called to cancel, Ryan Kirk talked me out of it. We came up with a plan, and my practice has grown to its busiest ever. NKP has helped me with content/copy, with search optimization, and with overall marketing strategy, and they continue to do so. They've helped me coordinate reputation management to grow the quality online reviews I have. I have a monthly phone meeting with Ryan Kirk (who is fantastic, by the way) where we review our results, where we want to be, and what we need to do.
