We bought your HubSpot + WhatsApp application in our company and it was terrible It is unstable, in customer service it seems that the only solution they have is to say that the internet connection is not good when it really is not, all our systems work very well. It is not practical, it caused us delays and instead of improving the processes it turned into chaos, you send the messages and you are not sure if the recipient received it or not, too many messages are queued and sending attachments does not work.
