Nhan Kiet Supplying Manpower Co., Ltd has handled employment, payroll and labour compliance in Vietnam since 2009. We help four types of clients. Foreign companies with no Vietnamese entity use our Employer of Record service to hire local staff within 5 to 7 working days. We sign compliant labour contracts, pay salaries, register social, health and accident insurance, file personal income tax and send monthly reports in English. The fee is 8 percent of gross salary per employee, with a clear floor and cap, and there are no setup, onboarding or offboarding charges. Companies that already have a legal entity outsource payroll to us while keeping their own contracts. Businesses that want to transfer employer liability use our labour compliance service, and factories, warehouses and retail chains rely on our manpower supply for recruitment and replacement workers.

What makes us different is how we reconcile. Every payroll cycle ends with open-formula Excel workbooks that match attendance, wages, insurance and tax line by line, so finance teams can check each number instead of trusting a black box. Attendance is captured through face recognition and GPS, employees see schedules, leave and electronic payslips in a mobile app, and clients approve payroll through their own portal.

Compliance is our core business, not an add-on. We hold a labour sub-leasing licence and an employment services licence issued by Vietnamese authorities, maintain the statutory deposit, and are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. Our team follows every change in insurance rates, minimum wages and tax rules, so clients do not have to.
