NexusInsight is a product studio based in France, working with clients in the US, UK and Europe. We build web and iOS products for early-stage founders and small companies, and we run on one rule that is still rare in custom development: every engagement is a fixed-scope package with the price published before we start.

The mechanism behind that rule is simple. A three-week Discovery Sprint (fixed price) turns an idea into a written V1 scope, a prioritised backlog and a clickable prototype. That scope is frozen, and it is what allows us to quote the end-to-end Build at a firm price: typically six to ten weeks from design to production, with a demo every two weeks and the code handed over to the client's own repository, followed by four weeks of corrective warranty. Teams that already have developers hire us for Product Delivery instead, a monthly subscription for product steering: living backlog, facilitated rituals, continuous acceptance, cancellable with thirty days notice.

Scope changes do happen; they go through a written amendment quoted within forty-eight hours, never through silent drift. What is not included is published on each offer page, right next to the price.

The studio is run by its founder, Kaan Karabulut, a product manager and developer who also steers a data governance programme at a CAC 40 group, together with identified partners brought in per project. The person who scopes your product is the person who builds it.
