NextEmTech is an intelligent transformation consulting and training practice based in Amman, Jordan, working with clients globally. We are a group of professionals and transformation catalysts helping organizations move from AI strategy to scalable, real-world delivery — not just pilots.

We work across two tracks. Consulting covers intelligent transformation strategy, AI strategy and adoption, software development and SaaS architecture, PM/CPMAI advisory, and agentic AI implementation — always with human-in-the-loop governance. Training covers CPMAI certification prep, enterprise Agile and Scrum discipline, and practical AI fluency for teams who need to use these tools in real work, not just understand the theory. Delivered in both Arabic and English.

Every engagement follows a consistent process: discovery to find the real problem, design that builds architecture and governance before anything is built, delivery using a hybrid methodology matched to the work, and review that checks outcomes against what was promised.

Recent work includes a Project Operations Digital Twin fusing project management and DORA delivery metrics into one AI-assisted command center; an AI-enabled digital banking platform in pilot validation; a cloud-based school management system now fully rolled out across five schools; a centralized analytics platform for a portfolio of startups; and an enterprise data intelligence pipeline connecting SAP, ERP, and CRM systems through audited pipelines for AI agents.

One principle guides every engagement: AI provides the analysis. The person owns the decision. AI surfaces better decisions — it doesn't replace the judgment and accountability of the people running the program.

The practice is led by Deeb Haddad, co-founder, a certified trainer and consultant specializing in CPMAI and AI strategy. Engagements are delivered remotely, working with organizations of meaningful scale, from regional institutions to global enterprises.
