- My company has worked with NSG for several years and they have never let us down. During the COVID-19 Pandemic, our servers were hacked and NSG had us back up and running within 24 hours with NO data lost! They really take the time to communicate and help "non I/T" people learn and understand what is going on as well. I highly recommend Network Services Group to any businesses out there looking for a company with integrity to serve their computer and network needs!
- Does not pay people who provide goods and services for them appropriately. I would say they are cheap.
- We called them with an Urgent need for IT help. We are a small company with just a basic network, but ran into trouble after changing internet service providers. They were able to come out within a couple of hours and get us up and running. I highly recommend this company!
- Our company, Michigan SEO Group, works closely with Network Services Group. I can't begin to convey how great these guys are - dedicated to their clients' success, always at the forefront of technology, and always showing up with presence, care and compassion. Five stars!
- A great company. I love the interaction. Responsive and agile. Great customer care. I would refer them again and again and again...
