Average is better than “below average”, but not “good”, at least not on TechBehemoths. Neoreef is one of those companies that might deliver some projects, but are not convincing enough. For this reason, their profile strength is average. Advice: get in touch with Neoreef if you have a great intuition. Otherwise, go the extra mile and find a slightly better ranking company. We have 5,000 strong and excellent ones from a total of 43,000+.

General

How Neoreef compares to other companies based on profile strength?

See how Neoreef is positioned among 21001 companies from United States based on profile strength. An average rate is fine, but could definitely be better for a bit more credibility.

Pricing

How much does Neoreef charge for their services compared to other companies in United States and Boise?

Neoreef is one of those companies that decided to not disclose their pricing. We do not know the exact reason, but we assume their price range can be pretty flexible, depending on each project and client, that is why. Rise this topic once you will discuss it with them.

Services

How many services does Neoreef provide compared to other companies?

Neoreef covers 4 services in their current region or area. This means that the company offers a limited range of services compared to their competitors. This is not necessarily a bad thing. It can be that the company is rather focused on a few things and does it well, instead of spreading too much.

Year

When was Neoreef founded?

Neoreef was founded in 2002. According to TechBehemoths data, 217 companies were founded in United States in that year. Compared to other companies, Neoreef is veteran in the market. What can be added here? A very experienced company, which most of the time works with bigger clients or long-term projects. If you are one of these - don't think twice and contact them.

TechBehemoths Tip:

Having now reviews yet might be ok to trust, but having no portfolio...it's a little risky. We highly advice to look for another company. Better safe than sorry.

Katie is a talented and an amazingly empathetic listener to your design needs, along with her teammates A.J. and David. Of course, such can only come down from the top through the owner, Brian - who leads his team with clear focus. I enjoyed the owner and team, still have a loving place in my heart for the owner and team, but ... My experience started GREAT, but ended PAINFUL and EXPENSIVE. I have waited since March 2018 for the owner's remorse -- but none. The church gave up over $2,400 in the Neoreef process for a logo ($400.00) and a website presence for our church that never happened. He was paid in advance, fully for a year of hosting, training, maintenance and support in addition to the design because we WERE TRYING TO SUPPORT LOCAL. The web design was beautiful, but never got to use it, so don't know if it was functional (complete). The hosting, training, maintenance, and support never happened, but was paid in advance. The glitch was over "white-labeling" vs. Neoreef Onenet (tm) advertising on our church website. It was understood that placing advertising of any kind on the church website was not wanted. I prayed and considered, maybe it would be okay (give credit to whom credit is due) because some other churches give credit to the design/host. A day later, I felt convicted in conscience that, although others do, it is not the direction for this church and explained it to the owner. I committed to place, instead, a page on our site dedicated to honoring businesses that had helped us or with which he had a great experience and could help others by saying so on our site. He wasn't interested. Other companies understand "businesses" don't want their design advertising/promotion on the business website. This is not a "business", but a church, so how much more should that be understood and not wanted by some. So, businesses pay for what is called "white label". I offered to pay additional for his advertising to not be put on the church website: The owners exact words: "I don't do it for large companies and I'm certainly not going to do it for one SMALL church" (caps emphasis - the owner's). The owner claimed there are no refunds (which is not in the invoice). I still have the contract which I am reading from as I write this review showing that the only work completed was "portions of" website design aka the "Onenet (tm) Platform" which the invoice lists for full design at $1,499.95 and, obviously, much of that was not done, but we paid $2000.00. Website configuration, 4 pages, Home page, Page Configuration, Graphic Design = $125.00 shown on the invoice as 3 times? for a total $375.00. The labor and setup is priced at $375.00, that may have been completed under the Website Configuration etc.. The following, as I have explained in this review, were not completed nor supplied and the owner refused any more conversation, and no refund for work not done: A monthly subscription for the year is mandatory costing $719.88 total. Since the entire transaction and relationship ended with the glitch over white labeling, NO SUBSCRIPTION WAS EVER DONE, BUT IT WAS PAID FOR. Ethically, that is the least refund that is simple to see. Also, he was paid in advance, fully for a year of hosting, training, maintenance and support - none of which happened to this day December 10, 2019. The invoice paid in full and in advance was March 19, 2018. Sorry to have to say it, but my review is very similar to another that I read months ago, which said similar as I: "It started good, but ...."

Outstanding company! The team at Neoreef are very friendly, cool. smart, creative, and caring. This group of people were very attentive to us the entire process. From our first meeting to the end of our website creation, I felt comfortable, and was pleasantly surprised the entire way. I always got a response to any question I had right away. They really listened to what it was that we had in mind, and saw our vision. They created a logo for us that was everything we had imagined. Our website turned out to be even better, and more professional that I imagined. I strongly recommend Neoreef to anyone, or any company.. big or small. I know they can do anything you imagine. Thank you so much team!!
