Good IT (MNC) company in rajkot - Great place to work
- Honestly, this was my first company I joined as developer. Had worked with other companies too. Now I am a project manager at NCrypted. The stages and the room for improvements I got has allowed this achievement.
- I applied here for a job. They conducted 5 rounds of interview, wasted 20 days of mine saying this person is busy and so on. In the end their MD set up the final meeting, made me wait for 1 hour and then just took 5 minutes to say that we will call if confirmed, which was never received then. A complete insult of a candidate who spends time and efforts. You should be sound enough to give a feedback about why one is not selected or a call of not selecting. Arrogant approach.
