Myrado Studio builds AI agents and automation for exactly these places. We are an engineering studio from Kyiv, Ukraine, and we work with companies in the US, UK, EU and Ukraine.
For customer communication we build chat agents for websites, WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram and voice agents for phone lines. An agent answers from your own knowledge base, asks your qualification questions, books the appointment, writes the result into your CRM and passes complaints and unusual cases to a person together with a summary of the conversation.
For the back office we build workflows on n8n with AI steps: supplier invoices and receipts go into your accounting system, leads are enriched and scored, reports arrive on schedule, and sales calls are checked against your playbook.
For internal tools we build knowledge-base assistants that cite their sources, MCP servers and Claude integrations. One of our MCP servers, for the API of a Ukrainian fiscal cash register, is open source on GitHub.
The way we work is simple. You see a working demo on your own data before the main invoice. The price is fixed and the acceptance criteria are written down. The code, the workflows and the accounts are yours, and model and telephony usage is billed at cost on your own accounts. Thirty days of tuning after launch are included.
Agents start at $2,000, omnichannel agents with CRM integration at $3,500, custom systems at $8,000 and workflow automation at $800.
