- I hired MSI for a Large Corprate Print Job back in 2015. Mickey reassured me that John was a postal master and knew the best postal rates. Short version: our promotion of over 300,000 pieces was charged over $20,000 more in postage than what was nessasary. John told me "he was just following our orders" Well I say if your a master and you know the client is going to spend more on postage would you not tell them? I lost the client over this. Then shortly after they hire one of my employees to compete against me. This company seems like it needs to be looked at hard and I'd look else where if you need nothing but excellence in service and integrity.
