Danielle and Liam are extremely responsive when queries are sent over to them and are very enthusiastic about helping us get to where we would like to be with our website. - I went to Mosaic because I didn't feel I was getting the level of service from my previous website designer. The website designer in the past didn't finish the project. I went to Mosaic and their team have been brilliantly responsive and from the moment go it was so much more professional and that was reassuring in the difference in that alone. They have been so patient with my questions and have also saved my bacon incredibly quickly when I made a mistake when editing the website. They're ace.
- We can not fault Mosaic Digital Media for their efforts on rescuing & designing a new website project for us. Sadly we felt extremely let down by their efforts in the seo/smo category. Paying what was a big monthly fee for us for very little return that had a negative contracting effect on our business.
