Montari is a founder-led AI automation practice based in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands, founded in 2026. We design and build AI agents for Dutch companies that lose hours every week to repetitive administrative work: orders arriving by email or PDF, invoices that need matching, planning that is rebuilt by hand every morning, and customer questions that get the same answer fifty times a week.

What makes our approach different is where the automation lives. Instead of adding yet another tool, we connect directly to the systems a company already runs, such as Exact, AFAS, SAP, Microsoft 365, a CRM or a transport management system. The agent reads the incoming work, handles the routine part, and passes every exception to a person with the context attached. Nobody has to learn a new interface.

Every engagement starts with a free process scan. We map one process, measure what it costs today in hours, and calculate a business case before any build work begins. If the numbers do not add up, we say so and stop there. When they do, we build and go live step by step.

Typical first projects are order intake, invoice processing, email triage and daily reporting. Because every automation is built around one specific process, it fits the way a team already works instead of forcing a new workflow on them.

Pricing is transparent: a one-time setup plus a fixed monthly fee. Our public starting point is EUR 1,500 setup and EUR 750 per month for a single process.

We focus on logistics and transport, manufacturing, construction and installation, wholesale and professional services, and work with clients across the Netherlands in Dutch and English.
