- After intereviewing several recommended web design companies, our rebranding committee selected MLB Creative, and we have been so grateful for that choice. Our previous logo and website were 10 years old and long overdue for a fresh look. We appreciated the creative collaboration and technical expertise needed to achieve our goals. MLB hit it out of the park! Their responses to any of our questions or concerns were handled quickly, effieciently and always with a positive attitude. We cannot speak highly enough of the level of service that Beth and her team provided throughout the process.
- Know what you want, the scope of your design project, your goals then save yourself time and money and contact MLB Creative! We had an out of date, text heavy, clunker of a website. Our vision for a new site was simple yet had to meet the complex undertaking of incorporating an API for student registrations, integrating galleries, form management, and an effective way to represent the diverse visual arts programs which includes our work in outreach and humanities, as well as a growing emerging artist and scholarship program. As a non-profit art school we had a limited budget and a short timeframe to launch the new site. MLB not only heard our concerns about the current site and our pie-in-the-sky dreams for the new one, but enthusiastically became our champion. Suggesting meaningful designs, simple ways for patrons to donate, and being a true partner in the process. Listening and leading us to our shared goal. Their proposal outlined each step with benchmarks and dates. We knew exactly what to expect, and in less than six months we launched our beautiful new site. We were so impressed with the process, the design, and responsiveness of Beth and the entire MLB team that we have continued to work with them and consider ourselves loyal MLB clients.
- MLB is an exceptional agency who has been involved with the Southeast Region of Canine Companions since 2014 when we asked for their help to generate awareness and a new brand for our Tales & Tails Gala.
