what a negative experience! I dealt with a sales rep named Dan Watkins for a month. He was very conceded and spoke down to me despite my being a business owner and paying for his service. After a month I explained to him that we were moving our office and had to pay several thousand for the move and to shoot another commercial. We would need to take a break in advertising. I own a counseling agency and am handicapped confined to a wheelchair. After shooting another commercial and moving I called to place another order. MR Watkins very rudly informed me that he had worked hard for me and did not appreciate my not responding to his every email, then said my business was not welcome and slammed the phone in my ear. I was very polite and did not deserve this type of treatment! I guess my account was not large enough for his interest. What a lousy way to treat people. Ron Finfer, CADC owner Ability Counseling
