DigArchSm is a database commissioned by the Satu Mare County Museum with the clear aim of storing the documentation of archaeological sites and recording their geographical location on a topographical basis. The first part of the work presented some initial challenges, as the requirements and methodology had to be clearly defined. However, it was important to work within the available budget. We had to build our relationship with the team from the very beginning, and this created the trust between the two partners that characterised the entire work process. If I had to describe the Minic Studio development team in a few words, I would say: dynamism, flexibility, openness, expertise and professionalism. The dynamism of the team, the coherence between them, which I usually saw in the meetings. The flexibility should be emphasised, because they always tried to adapt the meetings to the time and circumstances that suited us, but at the same time they were open to solving problems that arose during the tests. The openness aspect was important because it is difficult for a non-specialist to understand the features that could help the archaeologist in his work, but after long discussions and understanding of the subject matter, we were able to find common ground. In terms of expertise, the good preparation of the team members should be emphasised, so that they had no problems calculating various geometric equations or converting coordinates. Professionalism is important, as the team managed to achieve the set goals on time and create a database that will greatly facilitate the work of archaeologists and researchers. All in all, it was a pleasure to work with the Minic Studio team.
