- Pleasant atmosphere, good team
- Perhaps the company has really interesting projects, perhaps a really good stack, perhaps a really flexible guide. But with what the trouble, so it is with the timing, organization and feedback. I passed several interviews on the position of the VA. 10.07 - technical interview. 16.07 - interview with the CEO. I like the domain and the projects, and during the interview we agree that the decision will be made before 19.07. But then it turns out that there is another stage, communication with a partner. I find out about this 18.07 and only on 24.07 I finally get the final interview. Already 9 working days by then 2 other companies are waiting for my decision on their offers, while I, hoping to cooperate with MindK, are pulling with the answer. Another point - I had to pull out all the information myself, the company representatives for feedback or clarification of details from 16.07 never contacted the first. As a result, July 25, finally exhausted by the expectation of 2 other employers and once again writing independently, I finally get the answer that the decision was made in favor of another candidate. It would be absolutely normal if not: - disruption of all deadline agreements for feedback; - lack of information on additional stages; - lack of timely feedback. I hope this review will allow the company to improve its business processes in the future, because, as I was told at the interview, there is something to correct.
