- I came in over a month ago to have a screw flushed on an electronic device, I came in several times over the next few weeks to enquirer about the status of my device (an alphasmart Dana) and I got very unhelpful answers. Finally today I decided to call in person (after an attempt to visit on Friday when I discovered they are opening by appointment only) and they said it was ready. I wasn’t expecting for this to be free but I think charging 40 dollars for flushing a single screw is a massive rip off. Had there still been a hardware store in Narberth I would have taken it there. I would not recommend this store to anyone, I’d recommend they stay the heck away from it in fact.
- I dropped my computer on Friday and one of the guys told me that they will look at it on Monday and they will call me to let me know what is the problem and the cost for fixing it. No one called me on Monday so I called them multiple times and I left a voicemail but they never responded me back. I called again on Tuesday and they never picked up the phone so I went to the store and they told me that they didn't even look at it yet. It took the guy too long to find my laptop. I really didn't like their customer service at all because: -They have a bad customer service. -They never answer the phone -They never do what they promise you with . -They are very slow and they look so miserables. I will never go back again to them and I don't recommend it to anyone.
- Took my pc in for what I thought would be an expensive couple weeks of work by these guys and they fixed it on the spot standing at the counter, and explained how to do the rest myself. Went above and beyond expectation. Highly recommend.
- We will not patronize this store again. I do understand that they have to make a profit, but the Arctic silver paste I purchased at their store is sold elsewhere in packages of two for 6 dollars each (see picture) but MetaTechnical charged me $15 for only one!
- Honest, friendly, and reasonably priced service. I am a computer guy, and generally I think that often electronic repair stores can often be bad experiences. The guys here, however, really do a good job. In my situation specifically, Daniel really honed in on the issue in my PC and his service was well worth the money.
