Merlin is a Paris-based AI agency and the AI studio of Fullstack, a digital agency active since 2015. A team of 8 engineers and designers, we help companies put AI to work on their real, everyday processes: the repetitive tasks that eat hours every week and slow teams down.

How we work

We start with a short audit to identify the use cases with the best return, ship a first agent quickly, then industrialize it with a 6-week method. Security and compliance come first: GDPR and AI Act, optional self-hosting (n8n, open-source models) and European LLMs such as Mistral. Pricing is published and transparent.
