- We have worked with Merit for several years, and while there have been occasional changes in our team members, this company has consistently been responsive and creative in helping us develop a comprehensive marketing strategy and achieve our goals. Regular meetings, frequent emails and quick turn around times make it easy to forget we are not their only customer. And while the creative team challenges us to consider new ways to differentiate our message from that of other companies in our industry, they are also great listeners and make sure to consider what feels authentic and reasonable for our culture, budget and population.
- When working with an organization using merit, our website had major design flaws, lack of responsiveness to basic needs and excessive charges for time THEY needed to figure out answers to basic questions. The staff let us know we are welcome to leave anytime and were often unfriendly. I would not recommend this company.
