- Overall a quality dealership. The process of buying a vehicle from start to finish was quick and easy. Extremely friendly and professional staff. The highlight for me is their service department. After a few visits and bringing other vehicles in to be serviced, Lincoln of Bloomington is far above other dealerships. Honest, hard working crew who clearly enjoy their jobs.
- Just purchased my 2018 Ford Escape SEL and I am so pleased with the service and attention I received. This is my 3rd vehicle purchased from Bloomington Lincoln and each purchase and experience out shines the last. Each and every staff member there is friendly and helpful, beginning with the smiling receptionist that greats you! The process was so streamlined and organized, I was extremely impressed! The personal touch they provide is spot on. Maybe it’s the tech nerd in me but the fact the purchase documents were presented on a huge doc pad screen on the desk surface to sign, was so cool! See you in a few years when I’m ready for a new vehicle!
- Absolutely amazing dealership. The entire staff is friendly and outgoing, and they all make you feel very welcome. Called up Todd Rogers, who was able to accommodate my wanting to come in for a test drive last minute. We came in to do a quick test drive, and ended up purchasing right then and there. Todd was friendly and honest and to the point (which I highly appreciated). Eric in finance was extremely helpful, answering all my loan questions and super comfortable to work with. Went through the paperwork with us step by step, even after they'd closed for the evening. Definitely a family feel to the place. Smaller dealership, but still have the offerings/warranties of a massive dealership. They all go above and beyond, especially when I came back the next day with a very silly question. Even though we just bought a new vehicle, I will definitely keep them in mind for my next vehicle purchase, and recommend them to family and friends.
- I had a very good experience this week working with Billy L buying a new Corsair and trading in an old Lexus SUV. I've never owned a Lincoln and was starting from scratch learning the options and packages, driving used and new models. I literally went in every single day to either test drive or ask questions. It became kind of funny but I wanted to be sure. Billy understood every feature and double checked when he wasn't sure. He knows his stuff! That gave me confidence that I knew what I was getting. They were busy but he was responsive to emails and always found an opening for me. Austin seemed sincere and gave me a fair competitive price. I looked at other brands and dealers, but just really wanted to buy from these folks, they were that helpful, friendly and honest.

Throughout the entire care viewing, Tony was incredibly informative, kind, personable, and made my feel at ease with the car buying experience - something that can often times be stressful. The manager, Austin, was also great to work with. He was refreshingly transparent, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make my car buying experience as streamlined and stress-minimal as possible. Great atmosphere in this place also.
