A patient does not choose a clinic the way someone chooses a pair of shoes. The decision is slow, private and often frightening, and it is regulated: what a clinic may promise in an advert is limited by law. That single fact is why we decided, more than ten years ago, to work with nobody except clinics and doctors. Everything we have learned since then, across more than ten million euros of advertising budget and thousands of practices, comes from that one narrow world. We have never diversified into other industries and we do not intend to. What we do, day to day, is unglamorous. We rebuild the tracking so a clinic can finally see which campaign produced which booked appointment, instead of guessing from a dashboard full of clicks. We run search and social campaigns that speak to a person weighing up a procedure, not to a shopper. We fix the website so the visit turns into a call. We work the organic search results for the treatments a clinic actually wants to fill its calendar with. And we watch the reviews, because in medicine the first impression happens long before the first consultation. The specialities we know best are dentistry, plastic and cosmetic surgery, aesthetic medicine, hair restoration, fertility, ophthalmology, dermatology, nutrition and private psychology practices. Each one has a different patient, a different waiting period and a different set of rules about what may be said. We work remotely with clinics in Spain and, in English, across the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom and the Gulf. We report in one number that a clinic director understands: the cost of a patient who books. If a channel cannot be traced to that number, we recommend switching it off, even when it is our own.

Performance marketing for clinics measured in cost per patient
Real performance marketing for clinics: they report on cost per patient and return, not on impressions. Data instead of guesswork. As a hair transplant clinic, every enquiry is high value, and they finally gave us a clear cost per patient. After working with generalist agencies, the difference is obvious.
