MediaMaze is an Amsterdam agency that has protected, repaired and strengthened the online reputation of companies and individuals for fifteen years. We work across Europe, in Dutch and English, for companies and for private clients: executives, entrepreneurs, professionals and public figures.

Our work covers six services. Online reputation management is the strategy for how a company or a person appears in Google. Search result removal is the legal route: article 17 GDPR, the European right to be forgotten, lets us have damaging URLs taken out of search rather than only pushed down. Review removal covers Google, Trustpilot, Glassdoor and other platforms, on the grounds of platform policy and data protection law. Digital PR builds editorial placements and contextual links on authoritative media, never mass advertorials or unrelated link networks. AI reputation management corrects what ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Claude and Perplexity say, through formal correction requests and generative engine optimization. Reputation monitoring runs continuously across eight categories.

What sets us apart is the removal practice. We have more than 500 right to be forgotten cases on our name, with a 90 percent success rate when requests, mediation through the Dutch data protection authority and court proceedings are combined. Our founder Willem van Lynden has handled more right to be forgotten requests and proceedings than anyone else in the Netherlands. The Guardian covered one of those cases in 2019, when a Dutch surgeon won against Google; NRC, Trouw, AD and RTL Nieuws have reported on the practice.

Monitoring runs on our own platform, Reptor (reptor.ai), which follows Google, AI platforms, reviews, news and media, social, radio and television, forums and podcasts, and ties every signal to the service that resolves it.
