- Only recieved two of the 4 design options I paid for and the designer would or could not communicate with me to perform revisions. When they did revise the logo they would not do what I asked. Over all I am extremely unhappy. It was a huge waste of money and time on my part. Two thumbs down.
- Media Rockers was immediately responsive–always within minutes to an hour–which amazed us. The end result is fantastic—we have gone ahead as a result with website and social media projects. The most impressive thing with they for me was prompt responsiveness. It is key for start-up businesses–no ‘red-tape’ behavior. As a result I would highly recommend.
