If a member of his team screws up, he owns it, and does everything in his power to make it right. What blew my mind was seeing that Media Mechanic has clients that have been with Paul since the early 2000s. Now that is loyalty. In my view it's a reflection of the kind of people Media Mechanic has working for it.
