- Affordable and some good ideas. Lack of a consistent contact makes finishing projects hard. Staff member who came to our office with a mask around his chin the entire visit has caused quite a commotion.
- MAXtech provides critical 24 hour monitoring of our network, project management, engineering, purchasing, technical support, etc. to our company. They understand the critical nature of our business and are attentive to our current needs and future infrastructure. We now have a better back-up and redundant network thanks to them. Their integrity, business practices, and creativity make them a great fit for us. We have an in-house IT generalist and MAXtech works so well in coordinating with this position. Their ticketing and reporting software makes it a breeze to see the value they are providing. Their willingness to meet twice a month, with us, the client, to steer projects and assess priorities is so appreciated. Great company to work with. Love talking to them and hearing of their new services constantly being added.

They can do remote sessions or they will send the tech to our office if needed. I like the yearly meetings that identify any issues that might come up or plan for the future.
