- The Cannondale CAAD 13 that I purchased arrived with a scratched front hub, chainstay and brake lever. I contacted Cicli Mattio to ask to have the issue resolved only to be told that I had to follow up with the delivery company and they couldn't help me. They showed no sympathy or willingness to help at all. If you don't mind your new bike to arrive damaged then go ahead and buy from Cicli Mattio. But if you prefer your bike in a new state and for a retailer to actually help when something goes wrong, then shop somewhere else.
- Very disappointed. No sign of delivery in over 15 days since order, despite them saying it would be within that time. All correspondence was one line saying "they are ordering quickly from their dealer". In the end the order was cancelled today and now left with no present for my son. Only giving 2 stars because they did reply to my emails, despite there being no information. Will not use again.
- Bought a pair of DMT KR1 road shoes , cracked after a few months. The warranty has been declined. It took month before I get my shoes back with very lengthy communication. Would not recommend at all
- Great service, highly recommended! Great service over all. Very professional packing, down to the details. Extremely fast shipping. Will definitely recommend this shop.
- I turn up out of the blue with a broken rear derailleur and two hours later it's functioning perfectly. My holiday has been saved because of this shop. I cannot express how grateful I am. My only complaint is that this shop is in Italy, but I live in the UK!
