MathBrooks is a software and applied-AI company based in Harare, Zimbabwe, working with organizations, institutions, and businesses whose operations are too specific for standard products.

Our work falls into four areas:

Custom software. We design and build internal platforms, operational dashboards, and client-facing products around how a business actually runs, rather than forcing the business to adapt to generic software.

Workflow automation. When teams are repeating the same approvals, handoffs, or admin steps every week, we map the process, find where it breaks, and automate it without introducing fragile shortcuts that fail later.

Applied AI and agentic systems. We bring AI into a workflow only where it earns its place — classification, analytics, natural-language interfaces, and copilots — and build agents that can act across existing tools inside clear approval boundaries, not standalone demos.

Voice and connected systems. For teams whose intake, routing, or response handling still depends on manual call handling, we build real-time voice flows with fast escalation paths to a human when one is needed.

Alongside services, we maintain a set of product modules — CRM, HR, accounting, inventory, project management, analytics, automation, and an AI assistant — that give teams a faster starting point when the need is repeatable rather than bespoke. A product can also serve as the base layer that a custom engagement extends with specific logic or integration.
